With only a few weeks left until Christmas, here’s our handy guide on your key order dates and essentials this festive season.
Last Date For Bespoke Packaging:
Custom packaging comes with a 3 weeks despatch time, so if you need your products pre- Christmas we recommend you order your packaging by the 2nd December to ensure you have enough time.
If you haven’t thought about branding your products with a logo then Christmas could be a great time of year to promote brand awareness. Contact our sales team now to discuss this option.
Christmas closure dates:
We will be picking and packing right up until Monday 23rd December- 11 am- when we will be taking a well-deserved break and returning on the 2nd of January. If you require UK Mainland delivery the 23rd is the last guaranteed day for pre-Christmas delivery. Goods should be delivered on the 24th December.
If you are outside of the UK Mainland, goods despatched on the 23rd December may not arrive until the 27th December when the delivery hubs re-open.
During our closure, you can still order 24/7 by visiting our website . Orders placed during the closure will be packed and despatched on our return.
Festive Deliveries & Collections:
Most orders placed before 12 pm are despatched for a next working day delivery, but the busiest time of year (and adverse weather) can throw up problems for our carrier. For the best chances of next day delivery, ensure you place your order before 12 pm (earlier if possible) so we can aim to despatch the same day. If you leave yourself a 48-hour window for your goods to arrive, you’ll never be disappointed. We know this isn’t always possible so we will always do what we can to help you out.

All essential product information is available online on our website, categorized into handy sections for ease of use- such as ‘small gift boxes’ or ‘Christmas packaging’
You will also find information on dimensions, accompanying products and a live stock check to see if the product you require is out of stock. If you find a product you require is unavailable, simply contact the office.

Can I request samples?
If you need to see a sample to check the dimensions or fit of your product then call us on 01684 578442 and we’ll be happy to organise them, please allow 3 to 4 days for delivery.
Need to change your order?
As soon as your order is received it is transferred from our sales team to the warehouse for picking and packing. During our busy season, we have several courier collections a day, so as soon as the order has been received it makes it difficult to stop it, add to it or change it. If you have forgotten something then please contact the office, we will do our best but your order may require additional carriage costs if the goods have already been collected.
Let us have your delivery details
Our parcels are sent via courier and do require a signature. We do ask that you provide us with an email address or mobile number so that you will receive your courier slot confirmation. With DPD, if you are not in and a safe place has not been confirmed, the parcel will go back to the depot for a next day attempt.
