Do you supply bulk confectionery or wax melts as part of your business? Our premium 144 Cavity postal outer set includes 3 x layers of 48 cavity vac-forme trays (black, clear or gold) with optional cushion pads (black or white). Mention your selection when placing your order.

Robust white postal mailing boxes, manufactured in the UK from single wall corrugated E-flute. Mail order is a vital sales channel for most e-commerce selling customers. Delivered flat packed for easy space-saving storage. Easy to assemble. Sides fold over to form rigid side walls giving excellent compression strength, and protecting contents in transit. Fill with contents and simply close with tuck-in flaps for secure closure.

Ideal storage conditions are:

  • Between 10°C and 30°C (50 – 86°F)
  • Ideal RH 40 – 70%

This product should not be stored in direct sunlight and avoid major thermal fluctuation.

Before assembly, the packaging should be conditioned for a minimum of 24 hours room temperature (15 – 30°C).

We recommend use of the packaging within 18 months of purchase.

Die-cut shape is layered with plastic film to feature a window showcasing the product inside.

Laminated protective film that adheres to the surface of packaging materials to maximize durability.
Anti-Scratch
Laminated BOPP film that is scratch, scuff, and fingerprint resistant. Cost-effective option.
Soft-Touch Lamination
Soft to the touch, similar to peach skin. Available in satin or matte finish.
