Perfect for loose chocolate packing counters, concession stands and pre-packed ready-for-sale. Simply fill with artisan chocolate, gourmet truffles, pralines or loose confectionery and seal with adhesive tabs, ribbon or labels. Manufactured in a AA+ BRCGS accredited factory, using specialist primary food packaging inks with a gloss finish.

1 Cavity and 2 Cavity Butterfly supplied flat for self-assembly. 2 Cavity – 1000g supplied assembled (in sizes 100g – 1000g glassine is supplied).

Ideal storage conditions are:

  • Between 10°C and 30°C (50 – 86°F)
  • Ideal RH 40 – 70%

This product should not be stored in direct sunlight and avoid major thermal fluctuation.

Before assembly, the packaging should be conditioned for a minimum of 24 hours room temperature (15 – 30°C).

We recommend use of the packaging within 18 months of purchase.

Hot Foil

UV coating that is applied to a specified area and cured using ultraviolet light.

Form of relief printing in which dies is pressed on the front of the material to form a raised motif.
Combination
Combination between embossing and foil stamping. It creates a 3D motif that features a foil finish.
Window Patch
Die-cut shape is layered with plastic film to feature a window showcasing the product inside.
Lamination
Laminated protective film that adheres to the surface of packaging materials to maximize durability.
Anti-Scratch
Laminated BOPP film that is scratch, scuff, and fingerprint resistant. Cost-effective option.
Soft-Touch Lamination
Soft to the touch, similar to peach skin. Available in satin or matte finish.
UV Coating
Fast-drying coating cured with ultraviolet light. Available in gloss or matte finish.
Soft-Touch
Soft to the touch coating that creates a velvety texture for a more tactile appeal.
Varnish
Clear coating applied using the CMYK printing method. Available in gloss, satin, or matte.
Water-Based
