Our premium Rigid Box Bases offer an exceptional high-end packaging solution for brands looking to elevate their gifting and retail presentation. Made from strong, durable board and wrapped in luxury finishes, these bases deliver the sophisticated look and feel associated with premium retail packaging. Unlike fold-up packaging, rigid bases are supplied fully assembled, giving you a ready-to-use, professional-quality box with no folding or setup required.
At present, our rigid bases are available in a four choc size, perfectly suited for a wide range of gifting and retail applications. A broader selection of sizes will launch in the New Year, allowing even greater flexibility for chocolatiers, bakeries, artisan producers, corporate gifting suppliers and premium retail brands. Ideal for products such as chocolates, iced biscuits, candles, cosmetics, accessories and handmade gifts, these bases combine durability with a refined, elegant presentation.
To create a complete packaging solution, rigid box bases can be paired with a range of accessories, including vac-forme trays, cushion pads and card dividers, offering enhanced product protection and a premium internal finish. These accessories help keep items secure during transit while elevating the overall unboxing experience.
For an even more refined presentation, our rigid bases can be matched with coordinating rigid lids or clear lids for a modern display. Shipping and Delivery
What happens when we receive an order
When we receive an order on Monday-Friday, we send the order through to picking. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as we can, but due to unprecedented demand on our products and a very high number of orders, we currently send orders out within 3-5 working days after they have been placed on our website. We work hard to get as many orders as possible in progress but during this busy period there might be a slight delay.
Please note, once a parcel has been added to the packing cage we are unable to amend or cancel the order. If you need to add to your web order after it has already been processed, we will need to raise and take payment for a separate order.

The following guidelines apply to UK deliveries:
- Charge for UK delivery- £9.95 courier delivery + vat on orders less than £150 (UK mainland)
- Over £150.00 (before VAT) – Delivery is free

For EU Customers
We ship to all EU countries and offer delivery pricing which is calculated by our warehouse according to your order size and destination – these are grouped in zones. The list below gives the delivery lead time from day of despatch. We use several different couriers, including DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Any orders we send are dispatched on DAP shipping terms, which means we will take care of the export, but once the order arrives in the destination country any import taxes and duties are payable by the customer.
