Creating luxury drawer pack offers businesses a special way in which to wow their customers. Designed for high-end products such as gourmet chocolates and truffles to individual wax-melts, the luxury drawer pack is fully customisable your business needs.

The premium outer can be combined with a variety of luxurious pearlescent coloured drawers to create a unique gift. The outer drawer is supplied flat and the internal drawers come fully assembled with a black vac-forme tray and ribbon pull. Each cavity in the vac-forme trays measures 35 x 33 x 23mm.

Ideal storage conditions are:

  • Between 10°C and 30°C (50 – 86°F)
  • Ideal RH 40 – 70%

This product should not be stored in direct sunlight and avoid major thermal fluctuation.

Before assembly, the packaging should be conditioned for a minimum of 24 hours room temperature (15 – 30°C).

We recommend use of the packaging within 18 months of purchase.

Hot Foil

Window Patch
Die-cut shape is layered with plastic film to feature a window showcasing the product inside.
Lamination
Laminated protective film that adheres to the surface of packaging materials to maximize durability.
Anti-Scratch
Laminated BOPP film that is scratch, scuff, and fingerprint resistant. Cost-effective option.
Soft-Touch Lamination
Soft to the touch, similar to peach skin. Available in satin or matte finish.
UV Coating
Fast-drying coating cured with ultraviolet light. Available in gloss or matte finish.
Soft-Touch
Soft to the touch coating that creates a velvety texture for a more tactile appeal.
Varnish
Clear coating applied using the CMYK printing method. Available in gloss, satin, or matte.
Water-Based
