Product Information
Our premium choc bar cartons are designed to provide a refined and professional packaging solution for 80–100g chocolate bars. Featuring a classic tuck-in end design, these cartons offer both practicality and a clean, high-end retail presentation.
The plain bar cartons are manufactured from a tactile premium uncoated board, delivering a natural, luxury look and feel. In contrast, our windowed bar cartons are available in a selection of finishes including metallic board, kraft and gloss white, offering enhanced visual appeal and product visibility. Please note, metallic board options are not recyclable.
Suitable for use with foil or film-wrapped bars, these cartons are often paired with our 90 x 180 flat film bags for pre-wrapping, helping to protect the product while maintaining a professional finish.
Designed for ease of use, these cartons are quick and simple to assemble. Simply place your pre-wrapped bar inside, fold over the four flaps and secure using the built-in locking mechanism for a neat, professional finish.
The reverse side of the carton can be over-labelled, allowing you to add a tamper-evident seal, branding, ingredients or product information, making them ideal for retail-ready packaging.
Supplied flat packed for efficient storage, these cartons are suitable for both small-batch production and high-volume packaging environments.

Shipping and Delivery
What happens when we receive an order
When we receive an order on Monday-Friday, we send the order through to picking. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as we can, but due to unprecedented demand on our products and a very high number of orders, we currently send orders out within 3-5 working days after they have been placed on our website. We work hard to get as many orders as possible in progress but during this busy period there might be a slight delay.
Please note, once a parcel has been added to the packing cage we are unable to amend or cancel the order. If you need to add to your web order after it has already been processed, we will need to raise and take payment for a separate order.
An estimate of delivery options and estimated shipping times is included below.

The following guidelines apply to UK deliveries:
- Charge for UK delivery- £9.95 courier delivery + vat on orders less than £150 (UK mainland)
- Over £150.00 (before VAT) – Delivery is free

For EU Customers
We ship to all EU countries and offer delivery pricing which is calculated by our warehouse according to your order size and destination – these are grouped in zones. The list below gives the delivery lead time from day of despatch. We use several different couriers, including DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Any orders we send are dispatched on DAP shipping terms, which means we will take care of the export, but once the order arrives in the destination country any import taxes and duties are payable by the customer.
