Lift your Easter packaging to the next-level with by creating your own Easter Egg cartons. Our multi-step process lets you build the Easter Egg carton by mixing and matching different components to produce something spectacular for your products.

Firstly, choose a carton from our range of transparent rectangular or tapered cartons. Next, choose a plinth – a low-rise cardboard container that your Easter Egg sits in. Finally, if you’ve chosen a tapered carton, you’ll need to choose a base so sit inside the plinth and help to make your Easter Egg stand out.

It’s really as simple as that.

Ideal storage conditions are:

  • Between 10°C and 30°C (50 – 86°F)
  • Ideal RH 40 – 70%

This product should not be stored in direct sunlight and avoid major thermal fluctuation.

Before assembly, the packaging should be conditioned for a minimum of 24 hours room temperature (15 – 30°C).

We recommend use of the packaging within 18 months of purchase.

Embossing

Debossing
Form of relief printing in which dies is pressed on the front of the material to form a raised motif.
Combination
Combination between embossing and foil stamping. It creates a 3D motif that features a foil finish.
Window Patch
Die-cut shape is layered with plastic film to feature a window showcasing the product inside.
Lamination
Laminated protective film that adheres to the surface of packaging materials to maximize durability.
Anti-Scratch
Laminated BOPP film that is scratch, scuff, and fingerprint resistant. Cost-effective option.
Soft-Touch Lamination
Soft to the touch, similar to peach skin. Available in satin or matte finish.
UV Coating
Fast-drying coating cured with ultraviolet light. Available in gloss or matte finish.
Soft-Touch
Soft to the touch coating that creates a velvety texture for a more tactile appeal.
Varnish
Clear coating applied using the CMYK printing method. Available in gloss, satin, or matte.
Water-Based
Comprised of water and pigment that provides high-quality colour output and is 100% eco-friendly.
Soy/Vegetable

Fluorescent
