While these boxes are functional on their own, we also provide optional vac-formed trays, cushion pads, and card dividers to complete the set. Transparent lids are available to showcase your products elegantly and efficiently. These easy-to-assemble boxes can be hot press foiled with your company logo or a message of your choice, allowing them to be personalised for any occasion or event. Alternatively, elevate your fold-up box with printed artwork! Simply provide your editable high-resolution PDF / AI file (300 dpi), and we’ll handle the proofing process at no extra cost.

Ideal storage conditions are:

  • Between 10°C and 30°C (50 – 86°F)
  • Ideal RH 40 – 70%

This product should not be stored in direct sunlight and avoid major thermal fluctuation.

Before assembly, the packaging should be conditioned for a minimum of 24 hours room temperature (15 – 30°C).

We recommend use of the packaging within 18 months of purchase.

UV coating that is applied to a specified area and cured using ultraviolet light.
Embossing
Form of relief printing in which dies is pressed on the back of the material to form a raised motif.
Debossing

Combination
Combination between embossing and foil stamping. It creates a 3D motif that features a foil finish.
Window Patch
Die-cut shape is layered with plastic film to feature a window showcasing the product inside.
Lamination
Laminated protective film that adheres to the surface of packaging materials to maximize durability.
Anti-Scratch
Laminated BOPP film that is scratch, scuff, and fingerprint resistant. Cost-effective option.
Soft-Touch Lamination
Soft to the touch, similar to peach skin. Available in satin or matte finish.
UV Coating
Fast-drying coating cured with ultraviolet light. Available in gloss or matte finish.
