Manufactured in an AA BRCGS accredited factory, our ballotin boxes are crafted using specialist primary food packaging inks with a gloss or metallic finish for a premium look and feel. Personalise your ballotin boxes with hot press foiling of your company logo or a custom message for any occasion or event.
Complete your ballotin box presentation with our petit four paper cups and ballotin cushion pads or add a touch of elegance with our colourful range of Christmas or traditional ribbons for a traditional finish. These easy-to-assemble gift cartons are perfect for any chocolatier with a chocolate counter, allowing your customers to mix and match contents such as artisan truffles, fudge cubes, or foil-wrapped chocolates.
Our 1 Cavity and 2 Cavity Butterfly ballotins are supplied flat for self-assembly, while our 2 Cavity – 1000g option is supplied assembled (in sizes ranging from 100g to 1000g, glassine is supplied).

Shipping and Delivery
What happens when we receive an order
When we receive an order on Monday-Friday, we send the order through to picking. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as we can, but due to unprecedented demand on our products and a very high number of orders, we currently send orders out within 3-5 working days after they have been placed on our website. We work hard to get as many orders as possible in progress but during this busy period there might be a slight delay.
Please note, once a parcel has been added to the packing cage we are unable to amend or cancel the order. If you need to add to your web order after it has already been processed, we will need to raise and take payment for a separate order.

The following guidelines apply to UK deliveries:
- Charge for UK delivery- £9.95 courier delivery + vat on orders less than £150 (UK mainland)
- Over £150.00 (before VAT) – Delivery is free

For EU Customers
We ship to all EU countries and offer delivery pricing which is calculated by our warehouse according to your order size and destination – these are grouped in zones. The list below gives the delivery lead time from day of despatch. We use several different couriers, including DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Any orders we send are dispatched on DAP shipping terms, which means we will take care of the export, but once the order arrives in the destination country any import taxes and duties are payable by the customer.

We can also offer ex works prices and arrange to attach shipping labels for your own courier to collect. *Currently, due to significant variation between FDA and UK/EU legalisation we do not ship to the USA.
