Simply tuck the tabs into the sides of the box to secure and protect your products during transit.
For added protection, we recommend you use tape to reinforce the closure. These blank canvas mailers can be over-labelled, stamped or franked directly.
Off-the-Shelf Postal Outers
Our 24 Day Self-pour Advent Calendar Postal Outer, also known as Pricing in Proportion (PiP) box, is strategically designed to benefit from Royal Mail’s large letter pricing structure. These slim PO’s are designed to fit through the Royal Mail’s 25mm large letter postal slot, ensuring cost-effective shipping solutions for your parcels. Measuring 318 x 231 x 20mm, and qualifying as a Large Letter, this sturdy postal allows you to send documents, A4 prints, greeting cards, tea or coffee, books, games and CDs with a weight limit of 750g.
A Royal Mail small parcel measures up to 450 x 350 x 160mm with a weight limit of 2kg. This generous size means, all other stock postal outers qualify as a small parcel, keeping costs as low as possible for you. Made from recyclable and biodegradable corrugated E-flute, our strong and sturdy standard postal outers have been designed to correspond with our stock base & lid gift boxes and self-fill advent calendars. Suitable for bigger and wholesale items, our larger 144 Cavity and Large Shoe Boxes allow you to send bulk confectionary or wax melts, customised self-care hampers, most articles of clothing, shoes, and multiple books.
